We bring over a decade of experience working with human-related data in academic, commercial and regulatory contexts, namely the Higher Education and Finance sectors.
Our eclectic background, skillsets and first-hand cross-sector experience puts us in a unique position to empower purpose-driven organisations with the tools, mindset and knowledge to use data and AI confidently, effectively and responsibly.
We’ve seen how the way data is collected, categorised, and interpreted can hide or misrepresent marginalised groups, reinforce bias, and perpetuate discrimination. We’ve also been responsible for designing solutions to these challenges. That lived experience, combined with our research-backed methods, is what sets us apart.
Our founder, Kauthar Bashir, was among the first equity-focused data analysts in the UK, employed specifically to design data solutions and act as a bridge between business and technical professionals.
